How to subscribe?
Simply go to your favourite breakfast page on the www.thenibblebox.com, click on Subscribe button and select your subscription plan.
How it works?
After we get your subscription order, we will dispatch your first delivery in 1-2 working days. Your subsequent orders are dispatched at a fixed frequency of 1 month from the date of order. You will also receive pre-payment and order notification at least 7 days in advance. You can choose to pause/cancel your subscription anytime by writing to us cs@thenibblebox.com.
How many breakfast/snack items can I subscribe to in one order?
In one order, you can subscribe to only one item. In case you wish to subscribe to more than 1 item, you have to place individual subscription orders.
How payments are processed in case of subscription orders?
You simply have to authorize your first payment via a visa or mastercard credit card. Your subsequent payments will be processed automatically on your authorized credit card used for the first payment.
How to pause or cancel your subscription?
You simply have to write to us whenever you need to pause or cancel a subscription order. You can write an email at cs@thenibblebox.com or contact us via contact us form on the website. There are no additional charges for subscription cancellation. Just write to us an email 7 days before your next dispatch and we will cancel your subscription at no additional cost and with no questions asked.
Can you gift a Subscription ?
Yes, you can. Just mention the address of the person you are gifting it to in the field “Shipping address”.
